I will be sending out <br />letters today or tomorrow asking the following people to call in and <br />set up a time that day to come in for and interview (I will try for all <br />afternoon times so as not to spread the meetings out any longer than necessary): <br />j; <br />Maria Crespo <br />Patricia Kruszynski <br />Suzanne Carlson <br />Gloria Gaytan <br />Khadijah Muhammad <br />You do not have a copy of Ms. Muhammad's application, but she has had several <br />persons calling on her behalf, she seems to have the appropriate qualifications <br />and experience. I will supply you with her application along with this letter. <br />Please contact me as soon as possible to let me know if you will be available <br />on the 9th. If not, perhaps one of the other commission members would be <br />willing to step in for you. <br />If you disagree with the list of candidates I have proposed, please also <br />let me know about that when you call. <br />Thank you. <br />
