to Mrs. DeRose a letter was sent to
Family and Children's Center by the
Department of Code Enforcement on
February 12, 1991. Copies of the letter
were sent to Sandra Boyd, Assistant City
Attorney for code enforcement, Aladean
DeRose, Deputy City Attorney, and John
Oxian, President of HPC.
Mrs. Dennen questioned why the letter was
sent to 1028 E. Over a year had
transpired and he felt there were
violations of HPC standards. Therefore,
Mr. Oxian recommended that Mrs. Dennen
inspect the property. If she found any
violations of standards, including
maintenance, she should write a letter,
have it signed by the commission and then
send it to Code Enforcement making
another request for action to be taken.
Mr. Oxian pointed out that accomplishing
