TO: Historic Preservation Commission <br />FROM: Lori Dixon <br />RE: Information Packet for January Meeting <br />DATE: February 12, 1991 <br />Along with the usual, you will find a Revised Estimated Budget <br />(item IV.D, 2.b), a list of project goals for 1991 (VI.A), and a <br />copy of the proposal I sent to the County Commissioners regarding <br />withholding of taxes, etc., for our staff. The remainder of the <br />information will be presented at the meeting. Please read <br />through this information so that we may discuss it and answer any <br />questions at the meeting. <br />I would also like to remind you that our meetings will be held in <br />the County Council Caucus Room (Room 411) from now on. <br />Our new secretary, Gloria Gayton, will be calling Monday to <br />determine if we have a quorum. We will see you at 7:30. <br />
