Resolution <br />No. 1452 states the Commission's intent <br />to appropriate $339,680. Resolution <br />No. 1451 was adopted on August 16, <br />1996 stated the Commission's intent to <br />appropriate a larger amount. Resolution <br />No. 1452 reduces that amount to <br />$339,680. It appropriates money used for <br />projects in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area primarily for the <br />construction of the new boulevard to go <br />between Ivy Tech and the Parkview <br />Juvenuile Justice Center. <br />Mrs. Auburn opened the Public Hearing <br />for anyone who wished to speak. There <br />was no one who wished to speak <br />concerning Resolution No. 1452. Mrs. <br />Auburn closed the Public Hearing for <br />whatever action the Commission wished <br />to take. <br />d. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1452 <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Mr. Hunt and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission adopted Resolution <br />No. 1452, a supplemental appropriation <br />resolution of the City of South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission.
