Beach, Owner <br />Staff Review: In -Kind Replacement <br />Approved: April 18, 1990 <br />Description: <br />Replace all wood on boathouse with wolmanized lumber. <br />The new construction will duplicate exactly the <br />existing fenestration, elevation, screening, etc. <br />Standards: <br />Existing exterior building materials shall be retained. <br />Deterioration of wood materials shall be prevented <br />through repair, cleaning and painting. <br />Whenever possible, the original building materials <br />should be restored. <br />Comments: <br />Much of the wood is rotted on the structure. Because the <br />owner has agreed not to alter the size, shape, materials <br />(other than using wolmanized lumber) or fenestration in any <br />way, this would be considered an in-kind replacement and was <br />approved as such. <br />
