NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />e. continued.... <br />receipt of bids at 10:00 a.m. on September <br />6, 1996. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Mr. Hunt and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the request to publish <br />the Notice of Intended Sale of Property in <br />the South Bend Central Development Area <br />with publication dates of August 16 and <br />August 23, 1996 and receipt of bids at 10:00 <br />a.m. on September 6, 1996. <br />f. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1454 Approving the <br />Transfer of Real Property to the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this resolution <br />transfers a vacant lot fronting on Bronson <br />Street east of Rush Street to the Board of <br />Public Works, which will then dispose of the <br />property to the Housing Development <br />Corporation. This will be added to property <br />that the Housing Development Corporation <br />currently owns. They intend to construct a <br />duplex on a portion of this property. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission adopted Resolution No. 1454 <br />Approving the Transfer of Real Property to <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />g.
