Certificates <br />of Appropriateness <br />1. 805 Bronson St. - ED <br />Mrs. Dixon reported that the owner proposes to <br />cover the exterior of the structure with vinyl <br />siding. The current siding is not original to the <br />structure. Mr. Farr, the.owner, reported that the <br />original wood siding is deteriorated beyond <br />repair. The vinyl siding would be 5" wide, and <br />the window trim, soffits, and facias would be <br />covered in a dark brown aluminum. Mrs. Dixon <br />reported that two houses next to the property are <br />covered in aluminum or vinyl siding. Mr. Farr <br />provided samples of the siding to be used (a cream <br />colored, wood textured vinyl). <br />Mrs. Sporleder asked for clarification as to what <br />portions of the building are to be covered.
