• <br />• <br />0 <br />t R? -P ort - <br />a. New Survey Manual <br />Mrs. Dixon introduced Mr. Pastor's new surve; <br />manual. The manual describes architectural <br />terms frequently used by surveyors in the <br />survey of the county and city. It is a <br />montage of terms and drawings taken from <br />other publications. Mrs. Dixon stated that <br />she would make copies available for all <br />Commission members. <br />Mrs. Sporleder asked if the Commission could <br />have the manual published. Mrs. Dixon statec <br />that publication and sale would be consideree. <br />plagiarism. <br />b. Semi -Annual Meeting with DHPA <br />Mrs. Dixon reported that the DHPA staff was <br />pleased with the progress made on both grant <br />by the HPC. She also reported that they <br />approved her tentative plan to totally <br />computerize the survey records, keeping the <br />information on a data base and printing it <br />from the computer onto the survey cards. (seF <br />Appendix C) <br />C. Bi -Monthly Report <br />Mrs. Dixon reported on the activities of the <br />HPC staff since December, including the <br />completion of Quadrant 67 (see Appendix D). <br />d. 1990 Work Program <br />Mrs. Dixon handed out a tentative work plan <br />for the Commission and asked for Commission <br />input (see Appendix E). <br />e. HLFI Quarterly Regional Meeting <br />Mrs. Dixon reported that the meet_nthis <br />quarter will be held at the Morris Civic <br />Auditorium at 11AM on March 7, 1990.
