• REPORTS ON APPROVED C. OF A.s -- JULY/AUGUST 1990 <br />1. 405 W. Wayne -- LL <br />Property owner requested permission to install an air <br />compressor for a new central air conditioning system along <br />the west side of the house to the rear. Upon consulting with <br />Mr. Oxian, permission was granted. <br />2. 729 Cottage Grove -- LL <br />Property owner requested permission to replace fiberglass <br />garage door with three -panel wooden door of same size. Upon <br />review of standards, permission was granted. <br />3. 509 Edgewater Dr. -- ED <br />Property owner requested permission to replace roofing on the <br />body of the house with a light green 3 -in -1 shingle, to match <br />the porch roof. This is part I of a three-part c. of a. The <br />other two parts will go before the Commission upon receipt by <br />the staff of the appropriate information. <br />4. 1425 E. Wayne St. -- EW <br />Property owner requested permission to replace roofing on <br />house (three -tab asphalt) and replace in-kind. Mr. Oxian <br />approved this in the director's absence. <br />is <br />5. 344 S. Sunnyside -- EW <br />New property owner requested permission to install 3 1/2' <br />picket fence to the south, west, and north of the house in <br />order to contain their dogs. The fence will, for the most <br />part, be concealed by shrubbery along the south and west, but <br />visible to the north. Upon review of the standards, <br />permission was granted. <br />0 <br />
