Three members approved; one <br />member abstained. <br />West Entry and Wall: Cut door opening into existing gym <br />area; extend glass entryway and doors from gym <br />area; use stone entry from VoTec building to <br />frame new doorway; salvage brick from demolition <br />to construct entry and wall to frame identify new <br />entry. Mrs. Choitz voiced opposition to the need <br />for the wall on the grounds that people might <br />conceive it as a means for the HPC to create <br />additional expense for the taxpayers. She stated, <br />however, that she would not vote against it. Mr. <br />Oxian and Mrs. Petrass approved the plan; Mrs. <br />Dennen abstained. <br />The final Certificate of Appropriateness will be presented <br />to the Historic Preservation Commission at its monthly <br />meeting on March 19, 1990, and will be forwarded to Roger <br />Hulsey at the Troyer Group on Tuesday, March 20, 1990. <br />
