Mr.
Oxian and Mrs. Petrass approved the plan; Mrs.
Dennen abstained.
The final Certificate of Appropriateness will be presented
to the Historic Preservation Commission at its monthly
meeting on March 19, 1990, and will be forwarded to Roger
Hulsey at the Troyer Group on Tuesday, March 20, 1990.
