GENERAL- ACCOUNT (420) <br />Howard Park Hardware <br />The Glidden Company <br />Femco Inc. <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Completion for Design <br />Packaging, Inc. for Disposition Parcel #1 <br />in the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that Design Packaging, <br />Inc. purchased parcel #1 in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area. The Certificate <br />of Completion states that they have <br />satisfied all their contractual obligations to <br />the Commission and that the project is <br />complete. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Mr. Hunt and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Certificate of <br />Completion for Design Packaging, Inc. for <br />Disposition Parcel #1 in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />Mrs. Kolata asked permission to add item 6.o. <br />to the agenda. There was no objections and <br />item 6.0. was added. <br />a.
