Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:38 p.m. <br />2. Roll Call <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. John Oxian, Mrs. Martha Choitz, Mr. Charles <br />Hayes, Mr. Odell Newburn, Mr. F. Jay Nimtz, Mrs. <br />Bina DeLaruelle and Ms. Karen Kiemnec. <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Mrs..Joann Sporleder, Mrs. Janeanne Petrass, Mr. <br />Michael Beatty. <br />ALSO PRESENT: June Hoffman, Commission Secretary; David Chapleau, <br />Deputy City Attorney; Violet Rohrer and Dick <br />Bennett, Riverside Drive Historic District Liaison <br />Committee Members; Jerry Hubner, Owner, 1215 <br />Lincolnway East; Jerry Bland, South Bend Tribune <br />Reporter, Robin Sullivan and Dorothy Berger <br />representatives of the proposed East Wayne Street <br />Historic District; and Mr. Brian Poland, new <br />Administrative Assistant for the Commission. <br />3. Approval of Minutes <br />Mr. Nimtz made a motion that the April 21, 1985 minutes and all <br />actions of that meeting be ratified, approved and confirmed; Mr. <br />Newburn seconded; motion passed. <br />4. Treasurer's Report <br />Mr. Nimtz made a motion to approve the treasurer's report as <br />given; Mr. Newburn seconded; motion passed. <br />Mr. John Oxian suggested that the order of business be changed to <br />accommodate visitors. <br />5. Correspondence <br />a. Victorian Accents No. 15. <br />b. Computerland of Northern Indiana Learning Center Catalog; May, <br />June, July, August, 1986. <br />C.
