• <br />Appendix D 7/86 <br />LISW landscape design company <br />July 15, 1986 <br />St. Joseph County <br />Historic Preservation Commission <br />County -City Building <br />South Bend, IN 46601 <br />Attention: Ms. Karen Kiemnec <br />PROPOSAL FOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL CONSULTANT SERVICES: <br />The Landscape Design Co., Inc. shall provide consultant services to the St. Joseph <br />County Historic Preservation Commission including: <br />1. Site inspections <br />2. Oral and written recommendations <br />3. Conceptual plans and sketches <br />• The fee for such services shall be $35.00 per hour. The Landscape Design Company, <br />Inc. agrees to contribute $10.00 of this fee back to the Historic Preservation <br />Commission for an actual total fee of $25.00 per hour. <br />There will be no minimum billing amount per consultation. Time spent on each con- <br />sultation shall accumulate toward a total amount to be billed at the end of each <br />month. Consultation time shall include: <br />1. Site inspections/meetings with Owner <br />2. Writing and graphics work <br />3. Telephoned recommendations <br />4.
