Straw <br />o,TE: January 16, 1986 <br />SUBJECT: Recording Landmarks <br />Attached is the document for recording the Landmarks, please look it over to see if <br />everything is in order. <br />While preparing this several questions have arose. The legal descriptions on the <br />• ordinances for the County Landmarks appear to be the abbreviated legal from the <br />assessors's cards and are not very clear. Will this cause any problems? Should <br />we leave them like they are or attempt to correct them? <br />In addition two of the County Landmarks (24888 Cleveland & 60413 Sumption Trail) <br />were passed before the Standards. Do you think there could be any problems <br />with enforcement of the standards? <br />• <br />
