1} C.D. Funding <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported that C.D. funding for 1986 has been <br />awarded. The amount is for $7,000. <br />2} 1986-87 Department of Interior Funding <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported that 1986-87 Dept. of Interior <br />Funding has been reviewed by the State Review Board but <br />will not be awarded until the state receives their• <br />allocation. <br />b. Notre Dame <br />• Ms. Kiemnec reported that the City proposed to install a <br />steel grill on the window on the north facade, rear, <br />first f1oor at 803 N. Notre Dame a local landmark. I t <br />will match the other window grills on the first floor. <br />They also proposed boarding up the two first floor <br />windows on the rear (west) facade for security. Mr. <br />Nimtz made a motion to approve the request; Mr. Newburn <br />seconded; both withdrew their motions. Mr. Nimtz made a <br />motion to approve the grill and to have the two rear <br />windows approved by the Certificate of Appropriateness <br />Committee after Ms. Harriman of the Community Development <br />staff explores other possibilities for the windows; Mr. <br />Newburn seconded; motion carried. <br />2} 1154 Lincolnway East <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported that she had approved the demolition <br />of an exterior enclosed stairway on the rear of the house <br />at 1154 Lincolnway East.
