Roll Cal <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mrs. Joann Sporleder, Mr. John Oxian, Mr. <br />• Charles Hayes, Mr. Odell Newburn, Mrs. Janeanne <br />Petrass, Mr. F. Jay Nimtz, Mrs. Gina <br />DeLaurelle, Ms. Karen Kiemnec, and Ms. <br />Elizabeth A. Straw. <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Mrs. Martha Choitz and Mr. Michael Beatty. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Ms. Betsy Harriman, Community Development, and <br />Mr. Tim Lorenc, Neighborhood Housing Services, <br />for 803 N. Notre Dame; and Mr. Gary Kowalski. <br />3. Approval of Minutes <br />Mr. Oxian made a motion to approve the minutes as sent; Mr. <br />Newburn seconded; motion passed. Ms. Kiemnec reported that she <br />has begun to catalogue the motions of the Commission meetings on <br />the computer. <br />4. Treasurer's Report <br />Mr. Nimtz made a motion to approve the treasurer's report as <br />sent; Mrs. DeLaruelle seconded; motion passed. <br />1 January 27, 1986 <br />
