. v <br />South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - June 28, 1996 <br />Knoll, Inc. expects is to have possession <br />of the building itself in early November <br />to put together a couple of functions just <br />for the community to help test the <br />facility. They plan to start business in <br />early December. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Mr. Hojnacki and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved the <br />Contract for Sale of Land with Sycamore <br />Knoll, Inc. in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that Design Packaging <br />grand opening was yesterday and it is a <br />lovely building. <br />8. NEXT CONEMSSION MEETING: <br />The next Meeting of the Redevelopment <br />Commission is scheduled for Wednesday, <br />July 3, 1996 at 10:00 a.m. This is a <br />rescheduled meeting, taking the place of the <br />meeting originally scheduled for July 5th. <br />9. ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come <br />before the Redevelopment Commission, Ms. <br />Auburn made a motion that the meeting be <br />adjourned. Mr. Donoho seconded the motion <br />and the special meeting was adjourned at <br />10:15 . <br />Paula N.
