Kiemnec reported the response to the letter that was sent to the Area Plan Commission regarding the protection of trees by developers. Richard Johnson, director of the t'-'tr•ea Plan Commission, responded that under their subdivision ordinance if the developer meets the standards the Plan Commission must approve the subdivision. The general guidelines of their ordinance state that the developer should respect the natural resource's..
