North Shore Mr. Frank Coussens, Jr. of this address has requested permission again to remove two large pine tree_at the front of the house. Mr. Ox i a.n amended the motion that the trees be replaced €,,.1 i th appropriate landscaping. Th€e motion was clarified that the removal of the trees would be based on the fact that the character of the pine trees has been altered by excessive trimming of the branches, the trees were not original to the house and block the view of the house, and that the trees seem to be diseased as indicated h~y the dropping of needles and dead branches.
