RoII Cal <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. John Oxian, Mrs. Gina DeLaruelle, Mrs. Janeanne <br />Petrass, Mr. F. Jay Nimtz, Mr. Charlie Hayes, Mrs. <br />Joann Sporleder, Mr. Michael Beatty, Ms. Karen <br />Kiemnec, Ms. Elizabeth Straw, and Mrs. June Hoffman. <br />I <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Mrs. Martha Choitz, and Mr. Odell Newburn. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Ms. Jeanne Derbeck, South Bend Tribune Reporter; Mr. <br />John Axelberg, 627W. Washington. <br />3. Wpproval of Minutes <br />Mr. Oxian indicated that he, not Mr. Nimtz, had made the motion under <br />Review of Ratings on page 2 of the October Minutes. Mr. Beatty <br />!indicated that his name had been left off the Roll Call. Mrs. Petrass <br />` made a motion to approve the minutes as corrected; Mr. Hayes seconded; <br />Motion passed. (Note - Mr. Oxian amended the motion - Tape Side 3, <br />10/21/85.) <br />4. 'Treasurer's Report <br />Mrs. DeLaruelle made a motion to approve the treasurer's report as <br />dent; Mr. Hayes seconded; motion passed. <br />5. !Correspondence <br />a. Preservation_ News, November, 1985. <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported on the status of the rehab tax credits in the tax <br />reform bill. <br />b. Mailings from the National Trust on their publication All About <br />Old Buildings. <br />Vic. Notice of a talk at the Honeywell Center in Wabash, Indiana on <br />November 30, 1985 called "Revitalizing Downtown --Everybody's <br />
