Edq=ter Standards <br />A review of the standards was tabled pending comments from the two Commission members <br />who reside in the district. Mr. Oxian suggested that when Edgewater's Standards are <br />updatedjthat they reflect changes made in Riverside Drive's Standards. <br />2. Notification of District Owners on Re -rating of Homes <br />Ms. KiOnec indicated that in the future, the survey update will be done prior to work <br />on proposed districts. The Committee recommended that if a situation like the one in <br />• Riverside Drive should arise again, notification of district owners or the Liaison <br />Committee of re -rating will be done on a case by case basis. <br />The staff will notify the Commission of areas to be updated prior to beginning the <br />update and ask for comments from the Commissioners. Mr. Oxian, as Chair of the Landmark <br />Committee, will be notified of any rating changes which might affect potential landmarks. <br />As note in the Preservation Plan, the HPC need only vote on rating changes when a <br />requestlis made by the public for a re -rating. <br />Mr. Oxi n, Ms. Kiemnec, and Ms. Straw will resolve the re -ratings issue for Riverside <br />Drive taking into..account the comments of the Liaison Committee once they have been <br />received. <br />3. Possible Landmark Status for 52060 Quince Road <br />Mr. Oxian suggested that he and Ms. Kiemnec meet with the Land Use and Planning Committee <br />of the County Council to discuss possible landmark status for the Quince Road house <br />before taking any further action. <br />r: <br />
