0 <br />i4s. Kiemnec reported that the Mayor's Conference was well -attended <br />(51 people) and was quite successful. <br />c. NAPC Representative <br />Ms. Kiemnec indicated that she had received a letter from the <br />National Alliance of Preservation Commissions which was founded in <br />1982. The NAPC is beginning a new program whereby each state will <br />have a representative to the Alliance in order to funnel <br />information from the local groups to it and vice versa. They have <br />asked iris. Kiemnec to be the Indiana representative. Mr. Nimtz <br />made a motion that I`1s. Kiemnec be authorized to accept the <br />position of state representative from Indiana to the National <br />Alliance of Preservation Commissions; Mir. Beatty seconded; motion <br />passed. <br />9. Nearing of Visitors <br />No report. <br />10. Announcements & Miscellaneous Matters <br />Mr. Nimtz made a motion to adjourn; the meeting was adjourned at 8:47 <br />2. <br />
