Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:33p.m. <br />2. Roll Call <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. John Oxian, Mrs. Janeanne Petrass, Mr. F. Jay <br />Nimtz, Mrs. Gina DeLaruelle, Mrs. Martha Choitz, <br />Mrs. Joann Sporleder, Ms. Karen Kiemnec, and Ms. <br />Elizabeth Straw. <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Mr. Michael Beatty, Mr. Charles Hayes, Mr. Odell <br />Newburn. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Ms. Jeanne Derbeck, South Bend Tribune Reporter; Mr. <br />• Richard Bennett, chairperson of the Riverside Drive <br />Historic District Committee; Mrs. Esther Darr and Mr. <br />Richard Darr, owners of the House of Flowers at 935 S. <br />Ironwood. <br />3. Approval of Minutes <br />Mr. Oxian made a motion to approve the minutes as sent; Mrs. Choitz <br />seconded; motion passed. <br />4. Treasurer's Report <br />Mrs. Choitz made a motion to approve the treasurer's report as sent; <br />Mrs. Petrass seconded; motion passed. <br />5. Correspondence <br />a. A brochure on a conference called Successful Rehabilitation, <br />Technical Workshops on Building Rehabilitation. <br />b. A brochure on the 38th Annual Seminar on American Culture at <br />Historic Cooperstown. <br />c. Information from the Preservation Press on their publications. <br />
