NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />g. continued.... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />accepted the counter offer from <br />Hazel Smith in the amount of <br />$13,000 for residential property <br />located at 611 Wenger St. <br />h. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection <br />with the Rental Rehab Loan <br />Program for property located at <br />915 1/2 W. LaSalle. (Jolene K. <br />Newton) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this <br />Certificate of Waiver forgives <br />$352.90 per year for each of eight <br />years as of November 13, 1988, <br />1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994 <br />and 1995.
