The amount of federal money set <br />aside for this award was $11,600. This letter, however, is not a formal offer <br />of assistance, nor should it be construed as a firm commitment on the part <br />of the State. Such a commitment can be made only after the National Park <br />Service reviews and approves your proposed project. We are currently <br />submitting the necessary paperwork to the National Park Service to receive <br />this approval, and hope to issue a formal grant offer to you within the next <br />30 days.
