This <br />years topic is following the Secretary of Interior's Standards for rehabilitation. It <br />is especially pertinent for us as Commission members to attend because our historic <br />district and landmark guidelines are based on these standards. In the future, the number <br />of Certificates of Appropriateness we review will sharply increase and in order to avoid <br />litigation it is important that we are as knowledgeable on the subject:as possible. <br />Register Now!!! <br />
