Please read and have your <br />comments ready for the September 17, 1984 meeting. Chapters 1 - 4 have been <br />through committee and have been recommended for approval. The plan must be <br />sent to the stateoffice on September 24th, so your cooperation in correcting <br />and approving it during Monday's meeting would be appreciated. <br />Please bring your copy of the plan to the meeting with you on Monday. We would <br />• like to collect the plans, add any correction or insertions, and bind them. Your <br />copy of.the plan will be returned to you at a later date.
