South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Meeting - June 7, 1996 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />b. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1435 accepting the <br />transfer of Real Property from the <br />City of South Bend. (SEDA) <br />Mr. Hunt noted this is a vacant lot <br />owned by the Board of Public Works <br />and the parcel will transfer to the <br />Redevelopment Commission for future <br />use in developing the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved Resolution No. 1435 accepting <br />the transfer of Real Property from the <br />City of South Bend. (SEDA) <br />C. Commission approval requested for <br />filing of Resolution No. 1436 <br />Amending the Development Plan for <br />the West Washington - Chapin <br />Development Area. <br />Mr. Hunt noted that Resolution <br />No. 1436 will add one parcel of land to <br />the acquisition list, that is approximately <br />4,300 s.f. This parcel is located at <br />309 -313 S. Scott Street. A Public <br />Hearing on Resolution No. 1436 is <br />scheduled to be held on July 3, 1996. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved filing of Resolution No. 1436 <br />Amending the Plan for the West <br />Washington - Chapin Development Area <br />and set Public Hearing on Resolution <br />No. 1436 for July 3, 1996 at <br />10:00 a.m. <br />-4- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1435 ACCEPTING THE TRANSFER OF REAL <br />PROPERTY FROM THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />(SEDA) <br />COMMISSION APPROVED FILING OF <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1436 AMENDING THE PLAN <br />FOR THE WEST WASHINGTON - CHAPIN <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA AND SET PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON RESOLUTION NO. 1436 FOR <br />JULY 3, 1996 AT 10:00 A.M. <br />
