PROJECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS: <br />(A) Projected levels of service: Identify the level of <br />service to be performed through each of the activities <br />and the location of the service. Example, the number <br />of housing units to be inspected and location, the <br />number of clients/people counseled in each geographic <br />area to be served. <br />NA <br />(B) Primary Beneficiaries (Define the characteristics -of those:. to be served, e.g. racial mix, income., sex, etc.): A large portion <br />of the community could benefit from these programs, generally those who owned- historic-' <br />commercial or residential buildings. <br />Many of the potential historic districts are in mixed racial and <br />socio-economic neighborhoods such as West Washington, Near Northwest, St. Joseph Street, <br />Near East, St. Adalbert's, St. Casimir's, Notre Dame Avenue, Rum Village, Haney/Indiana, <br />etc. 'in:;addition,'commercial owners would include the range from small business owners <br />to large developers as potential recipients of the Commission's services and Historic <br />Preservation benefits. <br />(Attach extra sheets if needed) <br />
