Precision <br />Millwork and Plastics, Inc. meets the <br />qualifications for a six year real property <br />tax abatement. <br />Using the estimated projected cost of <br />$500,000, the taxes expected to be <br />generated by the proposed project, <br />without abatement, will be approximately <br />$166,000. The amount to be of property <br />taxes to be paid is approximately <br />$68,000. Therefore, the amount to be <br />abated would be approximately $97,000. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Robert Hunt, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved Resolution No. 1431 approving <br />an Application for Real Property Tax <br />Deduction for property located at 4102 <br />William Richardson Court in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. <br />f.
