NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />c. continued.... <br />Millwork for up to one -half of the costs <br />related to excavation, soil costs, or <br />transportation of soil to the site not to <br />exceed $10,000. Any funds remaining <br />in escrow would be released to <br />Redevelopment. The staff recommends <br />that the Commission accept the proposal <br />from Precision Millwork and Plastics. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the disposition of property in <br />the Airport Economic Development <br />Area. (Lot 5 Toll Rd. Industrial Park) <br />d. Commission approval requested for a <br />proposal from Peirce & Associates for <br />professional services in the Airport <br />Economic Development. (Blackthorn <br />Corporate Park) <br />James Riggs explained that this proposal <br />from Peirce & Associates will provide <br />for survey & engineering design for the <br />proposed sewer extension in the <br />Blackthom Corporate Park to serve <br />Nephrology and sites further west of <br />Nephrology. The cost for professional <br />services will be approximately $3,200, <br />this includes unexpected situations and <br />difficulties but excludes possible <br />proposals from other consultants that <br />might be utilized during the design and <br />planning process. <br />H <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE DISPOSITION <br />OF PROPERTY IN THE AIRPORT ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />
