NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />a. continued.... <br />There was no objection and the items <br />were entered into the record. <br />Mr. Hunt explained that Resolution <br />No. 1430 would appropriate $40,000 <br />from the South Bend Central <br />Development Area, TIF Allocation Area <br />for costs associated with local public <br />improvements in the downtown area. <br />Ms. Auburn opened the Public Hearing <br />for anyone who wished to speak. There <br />was no one who wished to speak. Ms. <br />Auburn closed the Public Hearing for <br />whatever action the Commission wished <br />to take. <br />b. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1430. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, <br />seconded by Mr. Faccenda and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved Resolution No. 1430, a <br />Supplemental Appropriation.
