IFA <br />South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Meeting - May 17, 1996 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />o. continued.... <br />Commission committed $350,000 to <br />South Bend Heritage renovation of the <br />Robertson's building. South Bend <br />Heritage has hired Manusur Group to <br />provide overall project management. <br />This proposal is for the same scope of <br />services over the portion of the project <br />paid for with the Commission's <br />$350,000 committment. <br />Mr. Hunt noted that the uses of funds <br />are to be primarily for elevator repairs, <br />removal of asbestos, and related <br />construction costs. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Robert Hunt, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the proposal from Mansur <br />Group, Inc. for professional services in <br />the South Bend Central Development <br />Area. (Robertson's building) <br />p. Commission approval requested for <br />Addendum to Contract for Sale of <br />Land for Private Redevelopment <br />between the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission and <br />Western Avenue Property, LLC in the <br />South Bend Central Development <br />Area. (Panzica) <br />Ms. Manier explained that the <br />amendment allows the current developer, <br />Western Avenue Property, LLC to <br />-21- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE PROPOSAL <br />FROM MANSUR GROUP, INC. FOR <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN THE SOUTH <br />BEND CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT AREA. <br />(ROBERTSON'S BUILDING) <br />
