Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection <br />with the Rental Rehab Loan Program <br />for property located at 717 N. Blaine <br />(Kenneth and Janice Miller) <br />Mr. Hunt explained that, under the <br />provisions of the Rental Rehab Loan <br />Program, 10 % of the loan to be forgiven <br />each if the conditions of the program are <br />met. This Certificate of Waiver forgives <br />$1,600 as of May 1, 1996. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the Certificate of Waiver in the <br />amount of $1,600 as of May 1, 1996, for <br />property located at 717 N. Blaine <br />(Kenneth and Janice Miller) <br />j. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection <br />with the Rental Rehab Loan Program <br />for property located at 1526 S. <br />Webster and 619 Sherman (Daniel <br />Kois) <br />Mr. Hunt noted that this Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $850.00 as of January <br />5, 1996, for property located at 1526 S. <br />Webster.
