NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />f. continued.... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Robert Hunt, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried the Commission <br />approved the Resolution No. 1432 <br />approving an application for personal <br />property tax deduction for property <br />located at 2722 West Tucker Drive in <br />the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />g. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1433 approving an <br />application for real property tax <br />deduction for property located at 2722 <br />West Tucker Drive in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area. (Steel <br />Warehouse Co., Inc., A & F Realty <br />Co. and Steel Warehouse of Indiana, <br />Inc.) <br />With a projected project cost of <br />$1,200,000, the taxes generated without <br />abatement would be approximately <br />$666,000. With abatement, the taxes <br />would be approximately $336,000. <br />Therefore, the cost of the abatement <br />would be $330,000. <br />Mr. Faccenda abstained to the motion to <br />adopt Resolution No. 1433. <br />Upon a motion Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Mr. Robert Hunt and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved the <br />application for Resolution No. 1433 for <br />real property tax deduction for property <br />-12- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1432 APPROVING AN APPLICATION <br />FOR PERSONAL PROPERTY TAX <br />DEDUCTION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN <br />THE SAMPLE -EWING DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1433 FOR REAL PROPERTY TAX <br />DEDUCTION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />2722 WEST TUCKER DRIVE IN THE <br />SAMPLE -EWING DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />
