EDGEWATER PLACE HISTORIC DISTRICT LIAISON COMMITTEE <br />Member Duties <br />1. Work and communicate with the residents of the district and the <br />Historic Preservation Commission. <br />2. Inform and give recommendations to area residents pertaining to <br />the district's standards. <br />a. Meet with new property owners and distribute Standards book <br />along with other pertinent information. <br />3. —Advise property owners of any possible infractions of the Historic <br />District Standards that may occur and work with them toward a solution <br />to the problem, when deemed necessary, report said violation to <br />Historic Preservation Commission. <br />4. Hold Liaison Committee meetings once every two months or as situations <br />arise. <br />a. Keep records of all business conducted during these meetings <br />and all other meetings called by Historic District Liaison <br />Committee. <br />b. Disseminate pertinent information to the District property <br />owners through whatever means available such as Neighborhood <br />News., E.P.N.A. Meeting Announcements, fliers, etc. <br />5. At least one representative of the Committee attend the monthly <br />Historic Preservation Commission meeting. <br />6. Participate in the scheduled revisions and updating of the Historic <br />District Standards. <br />7. Initiate and oversee the election of the Liaison Committeeper <br />election procedures. <br />February 15, 1982 <br />
