Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by Mr Donoho and unanimously carried, the Commission ratified the AEP easements. f. Commission approval requested for Resolution No. 1425 determining to pay certain expenses incurred for local public improvements in or serving the South Bend Central Allocation Area (South Bend Allocation Area No. 1A) from the South Bend Central Allocation Area (South Bend Allocation Area No. 1A) Special Fund. Mrs. Kolata explained that Resolution No. 1425 sets a public hearing for 10:00 a.m., May 3, 1996 to consider an appropriation of $25,000 of TIF funds from the South Bend Central Development Area. The funds were appropriated in 1995 for work along Hill Street. The work was done, but we did not get billed until 1996. The funds need to be reappropriated.
