She was told that it depended on the facade <br />value of the house and it would be one -third of that amount. Mr. <br />Oxian declared that this amount would be reduced from the property <br />in question. He said it was a local tax break. <br />10. Announcements and Miscellaneous Matters <br />There were no further announcements or other relative matters. <br />11. Adjournment <br />Mr. Jack Smith made a motion that the April meeting stand ad- <br />journed. Mr. Ted Wasielewski seconded this motion and it passed <br />unanimously.
