VanBelle and Sumiko <br />VanBelle in the amount of $500.00. <br />The original purchase offer was <br />$400.00 The staff recommends <br />accepting the counter offer. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, <br />seconded by Mr. Hunt and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission accepted the <br />counter offer from Thomas C. VanBelle <br />and Sumiko VanBelle in the amount of <br />$500.00 for the vacant lot located at <br />1226 Rush St. <br />g.
