Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by Mr. Hunt and unanimously carried, the Commission accepted the counter offer from Thomas C. VanBelle and Sumiko VanBelle in the amount of $1,500.00 for the vacant lot located at 507 Wenger St. The next is for a vacant lot located at 604 Keasey St. The counter offer is from Thomas C. VanBelle and Sumiko VanBelle in the amount of $850.00. The original purchase offer was $448.00 The staff recommends accepting the counter offer. Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by Mr. Hunt and unanimously carried, the Commission accepted the counter offer from Thomas C. VanBelle and Sumiko VanBelle in the amount of $800.00 for the vacant lot located at 604 Keasey St. The next is for a vacant lot located at 702 Keasey St. The counter offer is from Thomas C. VanBelle and Sumiko VanBelle in the amount of $1,500.00. The original purchase offer was $800.00 The staff recommends accepting the counter offer.
