December 30, 1976 <br />Page 2 <br />As there is no mention of proxy votes in --the by-laws, it was decided that, <br />1. Mr. Nimtz•examine revision of the by-laws to include such procedures, <br />and, secondly, to vote on acceptance of this particular vote. <br />Mr. Catanzarite made the motion to accept Mr. Rothermel's proxy vote. <br />Mr. Stivers seconded this motion. There were seven aye votes and one <br />abstention by Mr. Oxian. <br />Ms. Davisson proceeded to make the motion to call for a vote on the <br />choice of the Consultant. Mr. Stivers seconded this motion. The motion <br />was carried unanimously. <br />Ms. Davisson moved to accept the Crumlish/Sporleder & Associates bid <br />with the Committee on the City Survey proceeding with negotiations and <br />handling of the contract. Mr. Stivers seconded this motion. There <br />was no discussion on the motion which was passed by six aye votes and <br />two abstentions from Mr. Smith and Mr. Oxian. <br />The City Survey Committee Chairperson, Mr. Ted Wasielewski, was in- <br />structed to contact Crumlish/Sporleder & Associates. <br />Mr. Nimtz called for adjournment.
