Call to Order <br />Chairman Smith called the Commission to order at 7:40 p.m. <br />2. Roll Call <br />Chairman Smith introduced Mr. Alonzo Stivers, appointed to the Commission <br />by the County Council to serve the unexpired two-year term of Mr. Baker who <br />resigned because of poor health. <br />Members Present: Mr. John Smith, Mr. A. E..Paszek, Mr. Alonzo Stivers, <br />Mrs. William Davisson, Mr. John Oxian, Mrs. Donald Sporleder, <br />Mr. Russell Rothermel <br />Members Absent: Mr. F. Jay Nimtz, Mrs. George Woolridge <br />Others Present: Mr. Richard Johnson, Mrs. Judy Studer, Mrs. Jean Derbeck <br />3. Budqet and Finance Committee Report <br />a.
