Riggs <br />Blackthorn Project Manager <br />subject: Inn at Blackthorn - Proposal by The Management Consortium <br />Onto: January 30, 1996 <br />The following report describes the most recent proposal submitted by the Developer, <br />The Management Consortium, for the purchase and development of Lot 3, Blackthorn <br />Corporate Park. Each point of the proposal is listed by item followed by the staff <br />recommendation for that point. <br />Purchase Price <br />The proposed purchase price is $120,000 for the 4.463 acre site, or $26,888 per <br />acre. <br />Recommendation: Acceptable. <br />-4- <br />
