Commission approval requested for <br />Proposal from Peirce and <br />Associates for Professional <br />Services in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. (Ivy Tech) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that we need to <br />provide to Ivy Tech an Indiana Land <br />Title survey for the entire parcel that <br />the Commission will be selling to Ivy <br />Tech. Peirce and Associates has <br />submitted a proposal to do the survey <br />and to provide the Commission a <br />copy of the survey drawing and they <br />will stake and flag all corners of the <br />property. The work will be <br />performed at a cost not to exceed <br />$1250. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />seconded by Mr. Hojnacki and <br />unanimously approved, the <br />Commission approved the proposal <br />from Peirce and Associates for <br />Professional Services in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area. <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE PROPOSAL FROM <br />PEIRCE AND ASSOCIATES FOR PROFESSIONAL <br />SERVICES IN THE SAMPLE -EWING DEVELOPMENT <br />AREA <br />d. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1413 accepting the <br />transfer of real property from the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that Resolution <br />No. 1413 accepts the transfer of <br />property at 505 W.
