Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1412 approving an <br />application for real property tax <br />deduction for property located at <br />5820 West E Jay Nimtz Parkway <br />in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. (The <br />Management Consortium) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that since the <br />Commission still owes the land for <br />this development, the Commission <br />needs to authorize the signing of the <br />petition for the tax abatement. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, COMMISSION AUTHORIZATED OF THE SIGNING OF <br />seconded by Mr. Hojnacki and THE PETITION FOR THE TAX ABATEMENT ON <br />unanimously carried, the Commission BEHALF OF THE MANAGEMENT CONSORTIUM <br />authorizated the signing of the <br />petition for the tax abatement on <br />behalf of The Management <br />Consortium. <br />-14- <br />
