NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />a. continued... <br />Recommendation: The Developer and the Commission must enter into a separate <br />licensing agreement to allow the use of the Commission's trademark Blackthorn and the <br />Blackthorn "leprechaun" logo. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this is an <br />important step in the Development of <br />Blackthorn Corporate Park. The <br />timeline they put in for financing and <br />start of construction is a generous <br />one and, obviously, if they can put it <br />together faster they will do so; but it <br />allows them a reasonable period of <br />time controlling the land in order to <br />obtain financing. <br />It Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda <br />seconded by Mr. Hojnacki and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the staff report and <br />accepted the Proposal from The <br />Management Consortium for land in <br />the Airport Economic Development <br />Area and authorized sending the <br />following letter showing the <br />conditions of this acceptance: <br />January 23, 1996 <br />Mr. William T.
