NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />i. continued... <br />for which they will not receive a <br />commission or other compensation. <br />Mr. Ellison, from Coldwell Banker, <br />noted that they consider it a <br />priviledge to be the Commission's <br />broker. Since Coldwell Banker is a <br />broker, not a developer, they <br />concentrate on marketing. During <br />f the term of the previous contract, <br />gross sales of redevelopment owned <br />land totaled in excess of $800,000. <br />He noted that Coldwell Banker and <br />redevelopment staff have learned to <br />work together well, recognizing each <br />others responsibilities. <br />i <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, <br />seconded by Mr. Hunt and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the request for Listing <br />Contract with Coldwell Banker <br />Anchor Real Estate. <br />j. Commission approval requested for <br />Proposal from Envirocorp for <br />Environmental Services in the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that this <br />proposal in the amount of $2,750.00 <br />is to determine the possible existence <br />of underground storage tankS at 1120 <br />South Michigan. <br />§ Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, <br />3 <br />seconded by Mr. Hojnacki and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the Proposal from <br />Envirocorp for Environmental -9- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED REQUEST FOR LISTING <br />CONTRACT WITH COLDWELL BANKER ANCHOR <br />REAL ESTATE <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE PROPOSAL FROM <br />ENVIROCORP FOR ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES IN <br />THE SAMPLE -EWING DEVELOPMENT AREA (1120 S <br />MICHIGAN) <br />
