OF BARTLETT STREET RUNNING E. FROM LAFAYETTE BOULEVARD AND THE 1ST N/S ALLEY E. OF LAFAYETTE BOULEVARD Dear Members of the Council: In accordance with Municipal Code Section 18-53.8, a favorable recommendation is being submitted to the Common Council concerning the Vacation Petition as signed by Mr. Philip A. Newbold, President, Memorial Hospital of South Bend, Inc. , 615 North Michigan Street, South Bend, Indiana, as submitted by Mr. Bruce R. Bancroft, Barnes & Thornburg, 600 1st Source Bank Center, 100 North Michigan Street, South Bend, Indiana, as Contact Person, to vacate the following alleys: The 1st east/west alley south of Bartlett Street running east from Lafayette Boulevard to the west right-of-way line of the 1st north/south alley east of Lafayette Boulevard and south of Bartlett Street. A distance of approximately 165 feet; AND The 1st north/south alley east of Lafayette Boulevard from the south right-of-way line of Bartlett Street to the south boundary of Lot 19 as shown on the recorded plat of Reynold' s Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana, which is also the south end of that alley which is vacated south to Navarre Street. A distance of approximately 239 feet.
