Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1386. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved Resolution No. 1386, <br />appropriating monies for the purpose of <br />defraying the expenses of certain local <br />public improvements for the fiscal year <br />beginning January 1, 1996 and ending <br />December 31, 1996 including all <br />outstanding claims and obligations, <br />fixing a time when the same shall take <br />effect, and establishing certain <br />enterprise funds. <br />d. Public Hearing on Resolution <br />No. 1388, a Supplemental <br />Appropriation Resolution of the City <br />of South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission. <br />Mrs. Kolata asked that the proofs of <br />publication from the South Bend <br />Tribune and the Tri- County News <br />stating that the Notice of Public <br />Hearing was published in those <br />newspapers on November 17, 1995 be <br />entered into the record. There was no <br />0 <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON RESOLUTION NO. 1386 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. 1386, <br />APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br />DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF CERTAIN LOCAL <br />PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1996 AND ENDING <br />DECEMBER 31, 1996 INCLUDING ALL <br />OUTSTANDING CLAIMS AND OBLIGATIONS, <br />FIXING A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE <br />EFFECT, AND ESTABLISHING CERTAIN <br />ENTERPRISE FUNDS. <br />
