NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />h. continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded <br />by Mr. Hojnacki and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved the <br />Certificate of Waiver in the amount of <br />$4,500 as of May 30, 1995 for <br />property located at 901, 905, and 909 <br />Lincolnway West. (Housing <br />Development Corporation) <br />i. Commission approval requested for <br />Loan and Grant in connection with <br />the Affordable Loan Program for <br />property located at 521 Sherman. <br />(Sharon Easton) <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that the loan to <br />Sharon Easton is in the amount of <br />$6,900.00 at 5 % interest for 10 years <br />with monthly payments of $73.19. The <br />grant is $2,841.63. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the Loan and Grant for <br />property located at 521 Sherman. <br />(Sharon Easton) <br />n. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1398 related to <br />acquisition of property in the South <br />Bend Central Development Area by <br />Eminent Domain.
